DUKABUY SHIPPING AND PAYMENT POLICY
SECTION 1: REGIONS AND ADDRESSES
Currently, by default DUKABUY ships all of it’s products from the Republic of the people of China. Please fill your address correctly, we will not be held responsible for any wrong address information provided.
SECTION 2: PROCESSING TIME
All orders are start processing within 24 hours after order placement. The shipping process always takes approximately 9 to 14 business days for free shipping from China. Orders are rarely shipped or delivered on weekends or official holidays.
Due to the nature of the shipping system and shipping companies we use, it is hard to state the exact time for delivery, hence the range of 9 to 14 days. In very rare cases, shipments may be delayed by a few days (after the normal approximated 14 days). Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted for further assistance. Once processing, orders can not be canceled or withdrawn due to delays.
SECTION 3: COSTS ESTIMATES
Currently, we offer free shipping for most of our products. However, free shipping is only from the Republic of the people of China.

DUKABUY GRADES AND WARRANTY POLICY
PART 1: PRODUCTS GRADES
All products sold on this website are graded according to the standards stated in this policy. Currently, we offer products in three different grades, that is GRADE A+ (or A-PLUS), GRADE A (or A PLAIN), and GRADE B+ (or B PLUS). Each grade is described below with honesty and transparency.
PART 2: PRODUCT WARRANTY
We sincerely hope you would be satisfied with the new product. Based on laws and regulations applicable to the protection of consumer rights and interests in DukaBuy’s policies, we formulate DukaBuy’s product warranty policy, according to which you could replace or repair the products per respective grade warranty coverage. We are willing to provide related services.
SECTION 1: WARRANTY SCOPE
In any case where the product came with two warranties, that is one warranty from the manufacturer (printed or indicated) and one warranty from a DukaBuy company, as long as the manufacturer’s warranty is still valid it overrules our warranty. In this case you will be required to receive services from the respective manufacture’s service providers. For such services and more information from particular manufacturers please visit their respective websites or nearby offices.
Replacement – Within 7 days after you (a customer or customer’s representative) received the product, if a non-human performance fault occurs on the device, you can return it and require an in-warranty repair or replace it with the same model and specification, per our Return and Refund Policy. Here, the customer’s receiving date is counted from the day the product was received by the customer or customer’s representative, regardless of whether or not the end customer started to use the product on that exact date. The replacing device will be covered by the same warranty with an additional of 30 days. Under any circumstance, the device can not be replaced more than once. Grade B+ (B-PLUS) products can not receive replacement/exchange service.
Maintenance – Within the warranty period, if a performance fault that is not caused by human damage occurs on the host of the product, you could enjoy free maintenance services, per our Return and Refund Policy.
Replacement parts will be covered by the original remaining warranty period or 60 days warranty from the date of the replacement, whichever is longer.
Accessories – If accessories need to be replaced, the replacing accessories will be covered by the original remaining warranty period or 30 days warranty from the date of the replacement, whichever is longer.
SECTION 2: NON-WARRANTY SCOPE
- Damage caused by transportation or loading and unloading during return or replacement or repair.
- Any modification, disassembly, or repair.
- Product damage caused by accidental or man-made behaviors, such as liquid damage, falling, input unsuitable voltage, excessive extrusion, mainboard deformation, etc. including other events such as when the power adapter is damaged, cracked, broken or deformed, and the power cable is damaged, broken or bare.
- The product is faulty or damaged because it was not installed, used, maintained, or kept in accordance with the instructions.
- The product model or number on the warranty certificate is inconsistent with the physical product or the warranty certificate was altered.
- The product nameplate, SN bar code, and warranty label are removed or damaged, and cannot be identified.
- No valid printed warranty (excluding those that can prove that the products are within the warranty period).
- The warranty period has expired.
- Faults or damage caused by factors of force majeure such as fire, earthquake, and flood.

DUKABUY RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it to us per our return policy stated here.
PART 1: RETURNS
SECTION 1: RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
The reason and time for returning must be aligned with our Warranty policy. Any reason and time of return that is out of warranty scope will be declined. Read our Warranty policy.
Returned items must be delivered to us unrepaired, undamaged, in original packaging and in the same condition they were received with all original tags and labels attached unless otherwise may NOT be eligible.
All goods will be carefully and seriously inspected on return. We reserve the right to decide the eligibility of your return.
SECTION 2: RETURNING PROCESS
STEP 1: GET ‘RMA’ NUMBER
To return an item, please fill this FORM to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). During filling this FORM (click to see the form), in the About section please select “Return and Refund (RMA)” and in the message box write your “ORDER NUMBER” and the reason for returning the item then fill all your information correctly (Your name and contact information should be the same as the one you filled during placing your order, if different please explain in the message box). Wait for approval (Information validity check) and you will receive the RMA number through your phone and/or email.
STEP 2: PREPARE THE RETURN PACKAGE
After receiving the RMA number, place the items securely in its original packaging and include your printed warranty paper.
STEP 3: SEND THE RETURN PACKAGE
Give your package to any of our Authorized Agents close to your region who will then contact our main office. Please, make sure you hand your package to an authorized agent only, we will not be responsible for any package handed to a non-authorized agent, You will receive a confirmation email or text message after the main office is contacted by our Authorized agent.
PART 2: RESPONSE
We currently offer only maintenance, repair and replacement services for the returns. We do not give a full or partial refund.

We reserve the right to make the final decisions on how all returns will be processed on our end, that is, whether the returned product is eligible for repair/maintenance or replacement.

MOSMIC SHIPPING AND PAYMENT POLICY

PART 1. SHIPPING POLICY
SECTION 1: REGIONS AND ADDRESSES
Currently, by default MOSMIC ships all of it’s products from the Republic of the people of China to addresses within the United Republic Of Tanzania only. For addresses in other countries require special approval from our sales department. Please fill your address correctly, we will not be held responsible for any wrong address information provided.
SECTION 2: PROCESSING TIME
All orders are start processing within 24 hours after order placement. The shipping process always takes approximately 9 to 14 business days for free shipping from China to regions within the United Republic Of Tanzania. Orders are rarely shipped or delivered on weekends or official holidays.
Due to the nature of the shipping system and shipping companies we use, it is hard to state the exact time for delivery, hence the range of 9 to 14 days. In very rare cases, shipments may be delayed by a few days (after the normal approximated 14 days). Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted for further assistance. Once processing, orders can not be canceled or withdrawn due to delays.
SECTION 3: COSTS ESTIMATES
Currently, we offer free shipping for most of our products. However, free shipping is only from the Republic of the people of China Dar Es Salaam city in the United Republic Of Tanzania. Addresses in other regions apart from Dar Es Salaam city will incur bus fare costs which will be automatically calculated during order placement.

MOSMIC GRADES AND WARRANTY POLICY

PART 1: PRODUCTS GRADES
All products sold on this website are graded according to the standards stated in this policy. Currently, we offer products in three different grades, that is GRADE A+ (or A-PLUS), GRADE A (or A PLAIN), and GRADE B+ (or B PLUS). Each grade is described below with honesty and transparency.
SECTION 1: GRADE A+ (OR A PLUS)
These are products considered to be 100% new as described by our primary suppliers. These products are expected to be original, new, boxed with all-new accessories, sealed and unused, from their respective manufacturers. Although such products are received as sealed at our office, the seal may be broken at the airport during inspection hence arrive at the customer as unsealed, for such cases a customer will be informed of the issue prior. For concern please inquire a proof of seal before dispatch from our customer service.
In most cases, these products come with two warranties, one warranty from the respective manufacturer (not guaranteed) and one warranty from a mosmic company (guaranteed).
The warranty given by Mosmic Company for this grade is of 12 months and is under the warranty policy stated in Part 2 below.
SECTION 2: GRADE A (OR A-PLAIN)
These are products considered to be 99% new as described by our primary suppliers. These products are expected to be original, as new as possible, boxed with all-new accessories, may be sealed or unsealed, from their respective manufacturers, authorized resellers and other stores.
These products are NOT to be considered and should NOT be confused with Second Hand or Refurbished products but rather Renewed products as differentiated in the table below.

In most cases, these products do not come with a warranty from the respective manufacture but come with one warranty from a mosmic company (guaranteed).

SECTION 3: GRADE B+ (OR B PLUS)
These are products considered to be either second hand or refurbished as described by our primary suppliers. These products are expected to be original, as new as possible, with all basic accessories. You please confirm the condition of GRADE B+ products before placing an order.
These products normally come with a 6 months warranty according to the warranty policy stated below.
PART 2: PRODUCT WARRANTY
We sincerely hope you would be satisfied with the new product. Based on laws and regulations applicable to the protection of consumer rights and interests in Mosmic’s policies, we formulate Mosmic’s product warranty policy, according to which you could replace or repair the products per respective grade warranty coverage. We are willing to provide related services.
SECTION 1: WARRANTY SCOPE
In any case where the product came with two warranties, that is one warranty from the manufacturer (printed or indicated) and one warranty from a Mosmic company, as long as the manufacturer’s warranty is still valid it overrules our warranty. In this case you will be required to receive services from the respective manufacture’s service providers. For such services and more information from particular manufacturers please visit their respective websites or nearby offices.
Replacement – Within 7 days after you (a customer or customer’s representative) received the product, if a non-human performance fault occurs on the device, you can return it and require an in-warranty repair or replace it with the same model and specification, per our Return and Refund Policy. Here, the customer’s receiving date is counted from the day the product was received by the customer or customer’s representative, regardless of whether or not the end customer started to use the product on that exact date. The replacing device will be covered by the same warranty with an additional of 30 days. Under any circumstance, the device can not be replaced more than once. Grade B+ (B-PLUS) products can not receive replacement/exchange service.
Maintenance – Within the warranty period, if a performance fault that is not caused by human damage occurs on the host of the product, you could enjoy free maintenance services, per our Return and Refund Policy.
Replacement parts will be covered by the original remaining warranty period or 60 days warranty from the date of the replacement, whichever is longer.
Accessories – If accessories need to be replaced, the replacing accessories will be covered by the original remaining warranty period or 30 days warranty from the date of the replacement, whichever is longer.
SECTION 2: NON-WARRANTY SCOPE
- Damage caused by transportation or loading and unloading during return or replacement or repair.
- Any modification, disassembly, or repair.
- Product damage caused by accidental or man-made behaviors, such as liquid damage, falling, input unsuitable voltage, excessive extrusion, mainboard deformation, etc. including other events such as when the power adapter is damaged, cracked, broken or deformed, and the power cable is damaged, broken or bare.
- The product is faulty or damaged because it was not installed, used, maintained, or kept in accordance with the instructions.
- The product model or number on the warranty certificate is inconsistent with the physical product or the warranty certificate was altered.
- The product nameplate, SN bar code, and warranty label are removed or damaged, and cannot be identified.
- No valid printed warranty (excluding those that can prove that the products are within the warranty period).
- The warranty period has expired.
- Faults or damage caused by factors of force majeure such as fire, earthquake, and flood.

MOSMIC RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

PART 1: RETURNS
SECTION 1: RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
The reason and time for returning must be aligned with our Warranty policy. Any reason and time of return that is out of warranty scope will be declined. Read our Warranty policy HAPA.
Returned items must be delivered to us unrepaired, undamaged, in original packaging and in the same condition they were received with all original tags and labels attached unless otherwise may NOT be eligible.
All goods will be carefully and seriously inspected on return. We reserve the right to decide the eligibility of your return.
SECTION 2: RETURNING PROCESS
STEP 1: GET ‘RMA’ NUMBER
To return an item, please fill this FORM to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). During filling this FORM (click to see the form), in the About section please select “Return and Refund (RMA)” and in the message box write your “ORDER NUMBER” and the reason for returning the item then fill all your information correctly (Your name and contact information should be the same as the one you filled during placing your order, if different please explain in the message box). Wait for approval (Information validity check) and you will receive the RMA number through your phone and/or email.
STEP 2: PREPARE THE RETURN PACKAGE
After receiving the RMA number, place the items securely in its original packaging and include your printed warranty paper.
STEP 3: SEND THE RETURN PACKAGE
Give your package to any of our Authorized Agents close to your region who will then contact our main office. PART 2: RESPONSE

2. PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
Within the warranty scope, you can receive a product replacement service. Here, the receiving date is counted from the day the product was received by the customer or customer’s representative, regardless of whether or not the customer started to use the product on that exact date. Any return applied after the 7th day will no longer be eligible for replacement but repair or maintenance.
